If you play a brass or percussion instrument (or want to learn to play a brass or percussion instrument), we’re the group for you.

The Townsville Citizens Band Association has three bands:

– Townsville Brass – past winner of the B-grade National championships and our band for more experienced or advanced players
– Townsville Brolga Brass – our D-grade band that doesn’t often compete at band championships, but is a great place for social banding, which contains a mix of ages
– Townsville Brass Youth Band – our band for our young players in primary school and high school.

We also have our Townsville Brass Academy, which provides the opportunity to learn an instrument for those with little or no experience.

We are always looking for more players at all levels. If you are interested in coming and making some music with a group of great people please contact us.
