Volunteering North Queensland, VNQ, champions a North Queensland community rich in volunteering. VNQ is the leading Volunteer Resource Centre in the region, connecting volunteers with not-for-profit organisations and provides training for volunteers and volunteer managers in NQ. We serve organisations employing volunteers, matching them with individuals and groups wanting to volunteer.

We creates strong relationships between volunteers and the community while supporting economic growth in North Queensland.

We provide training for volunteer managers and community organisations to strengthen the not-for-profit sector and hold networking events for the NFP, Business and Government sectors to help in developing relationships.

Our current services are only available in Townsville, with a vision to expanding to Palm Island, Ingham, Charters Towers and the Burdekin.
