We are a small school with a warm and supportive family feel. Our school is situated two kilometres from Townsville’s CBD, and faces onto Tully Street. We have been offering a quality education since 1884, and currently provide both preparatory year and primary facilities along with an After-School-Care program. Part of the Castle Hill Special Education Program which operates across Belgian Gardens State School, Garbutt State School, Townsville Central State School and Townsville South State School. This program is for primary age students with intellectual impairment, students with speech-language impairment and students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
