The Townsville Tourist Amateur Swimming Club Inc was established in 1923 and is the oldest operating club in Townsville. The club operates from the Tobruk Memorial Baths located on The Strand.

Our Club holds Friday Night Club Nights, and attends InterClub Meets throughout the North Queensland region. Our swimmers also attend State and National level meets. We are affiliated with Swimming North Queensland.

All Training & Squad sessions are run by Strand Swim School.

The Club offers both Recreational and Competitive Memberships. The season occurs from around August to April each year.

Recreational members can compete at club nights whilst competitive members can also compete against other clubs at organised swim meets.
