Tennis is a game and a passion for any age, ability, male or female.  Tennis Townsville promotes and facilitates participation in tennis at all levels and conducts tournaments and fixtures. The most widely recognised tournaments are:
North Queensland Open Tennis Championships
North Queensland Wheelchair Tennis Championships
North Queensland Junior Age Tennis Championships

Tennis Townsville has 16 hard-courts, all with lights, that can be booked online via the Club website tennistownsville.org . General public are most welcome!
Nine of the courts are located on the northern side of Burke Street and seven courts on the southern side of Burke Street in Queens Park
Clubhouse facilities with a cold water fountain, Kiosk and bar are available.
Social Play with Day and Night Fixtures.
Cardio Tennis not requiring any skill and
Great Club environment.
There are many programs for Juniors in small ratio learner to coach group or individual classes.
