Our centre’s programs include Zen Do Kai Karate, Muay Thai, Female Martial Arts, Stick Fighting and a FREE GYM for our members to access. We have a packed timetable with most of our programs and age groups having classes available six days a week so there is never a shortage of classes. Our head instructors for each discipline are experts in their chosen field. They are consistently receiving professional development to ensure they stay at the top of their game.
Martial Arts is a life skill; it will stay with you for the rest of your life.
