Youth RESET is a certified social enterprise providing trauma-informed community classes, workshops, training and resources to adults, youth, families, schools and private groups.

All profits are re-invested into supporting and empowering our future generations with wellbeing life-skills

RESET Programs:

1. Community Classes are offered throughout the year on Wednesdays at sunset and Saturday mornings. Attend in-person or online. See dates and details on our website.

3. Workshops and Training options provide ongoing education for people seeking to learn more about the RESET Wellbeing Framework and/or support others with body-breath-mind strategies. Learn more on our website.

4. RESET Mentoring are private sessions available to teens seeking individual or small group guided wellbeing support.
