Townsville Rockers is a social group which provides low-cost dance lessons for all ages and levels of expertise. Partner and Line Dancing is held on Monday evenings from 6.30 to 9pm. These dances can be done without a partner. 4 step Rock and Roll and some line dances are taught on Tuesday from 6.30 to 9 pm. If you do not have a partner someone there will partner you. Both provide classes for absolute beginners to intermediate dancers. Classes are held at Cutheringa Bowls Club in West End. Cost is $5.
A dance with a live band is also held on Friday evenings. This is open to the general public. Cost is $10.
