Unique Partnerships builds communities through education, opportunity, and inclusion. We support individuals to strengthen independence by meaningful supports and we share stories through people & community. We provide Individual support & Support Coordination to the NQ region. We also run workshops every month for people to gain skills that will assist them to transition into further learning or employment.
