As well as obtaining training in elements such as nutrition, psychology, and anatomy; they are specialists in prescribing exercise to clinical populations. We offer one-on-one sessions or group classes including:
– Strength and Mobility (Pilates)
– Seniors Health and Fitness
– Functional
– Balance
– Circuit
Our Remedial Massage Therapist offer different types of Massages including:
– Swedish
– Remedial
– Sports
– Pregnancy
– Cupping Therapy
