Connecting Communities is a registered NDIS provider, delivering supports since 2017 to the Townsville community and surrounding areas. Focus is on those individuals with a disability to provide meaningful supports in assisting clients to achieve their goals.

At Connecting Communities, our organisation has a strong focus on helping all members of the community, and focusing on those individuals who need additional support in areas. We provide a range of NDIS services including community access, assistance with daily living, supported independent living, respite, short-term and medium-term accommodation, and community nursing.
