The Wulguru SS Community Hub is located at Wulguru State School, entrance is via Haldane street. The Hub provides a space for families to connect with other families, or for individuals to connect with each other. At the Hub we aim to decrease feelings of isolation and engage with the Wulguru Community by creating opportunities for empowerment. Tailored programs are created by the community, for the community. Ultimately, our focus will be to create opportunities for families to receive the support they need and for community friendships and/or partnerships to be formed. Come meet and share at the hub, everyone is welcome. Let’s get some meaningful connections happening in our community.
