Defence Community Organisation (DCO) provides a broad range of individual services and programs to the Australian Defence Force community which includes current serving uniformed personnel and their dependent family members. These services aim to support ADF personnel and their families to enhance self reliance and balance the demands of military service including mobile lifestyle, deployments and other absences, with personal and family commitments.
