Workforce Australia Local Jobs is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workforce Relations. Local Jobs is a collaborative place-based initiative to ensire local labour markets work well for all Australians, in partnership with business and communities. Local jobs supports tailored, local approaches to skilling individuals to meet local workforce needs. The program brings together businesses and community organisations to connect people to training, jobs and support services, and to support businesses with their workforce needs.
