JobAccess is Australia’s national hub for disability employment
We provide a range of free services to help individuals find and keep a job, including:
• Advisory service: Our professionals provide guidance on disability employment matters via our national helpdesk.
• Workplace adjustments: We provide expert advice and manage the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) to help cover the costs of workplace modifications such as equipment, training and Auslan interpreting.
• Employer support: We support employers at different stages of their inclusion journey.
For small business we provide free, practical tools, templates and tailored guidance to help build inclusive workplace practices.
For larger employers we work in partnership to address systemic, operational and attitudinal barriers across recruitment and employment practices, supporting workplaces to become disability confident.
