Early intervention service that provides case management, advocacy, and referral support to individuals and families who are currently housed, but at risk of homelessness. Homestay works alongside people to prevent them from becoming homeless and to assist them to sustain new or existing tenancies. Our workers will develop individual support plans based on each person’s strengths, goals, and needs. We work directly with landlords and real estates to resolve issues and assist overcoming barriers to ensure long-term housing stability.
