- Ernest and Maud Hoolihan Elders Village – 16 x 2-bedroom residences for First Nations people aged 55+.
- Specialist Disability Accommodation for eligible NDIS participants
- Reverend Charles Harris Diversionary Centre – See separate listing
- Breaking the Cycle Program – provides accommodation and support to regular clients of Reverend Charles Harris Diversionary Centre who desire to move away from alcohol or substance addiction.
- Flora House Women’s Shelter – safe house for women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
- Elsie House Women’s Shelter- safe house for First Nations women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
- The Townsville Family Violence Support Service – assists victims and perpetrators of violence through culturally appropriate, trauma-informed case management and counselling.
- Weeburra Thulgarri – early tutoring and mentoring support program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children aged 7-8 years old.
- Property Development Program.
- Karingal – a multi-functional patient transition, short-term accommodation facility for First Nations for people travelling from remote and rural communities to access the Townsville University Hospital and Health Services. On site trauma-informed case management supports clients in an unfamiliar urban environment.
