Founded in Townsville in 2010, TheatreiNQ has established a strong foundation as the premiere Theatre Company in Regional Queensland. TheatreiNQ strongly believes in the need for art and performance to ensure the health of a strong and vibrant nation, beyond the metropolitan areas. TheatreiNQ’s unique blend of professional, emerging and community engagement has proven to be the model for future professional theatre to grow outside of our capital centres and to continue to allow the economy of theatre and the arts to grow organically within regional and remote areas of our country.
