Tina Elliott – Building The Future On What’s Come Before
The BRAVE podcast series is a Townsville Community Information Centre initiative that aims to share the inspiring stories of ordinary people from our local community.
Tina Elliott’s cattle property outside Winton was one of those devastated during the 2019 monsoon event. Despite losing 90% of their herd, Tina and her family persevered and focused on rebuilding. In this episode, she shares the tribulations and determination that make up those experiences, as well as talking about her ongoing role as a Councillor within the remote shire.
