Shelley Grainger – A Health Journey Towards A Whole New Life

When Shelley Grainger was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome as a teenager, she never could have guessed that it would profoundly shape her life for the better. In seeking to overcome the problems associated with the disorder, she transformed the way she engaged with her health, which led her to start the healthy treats business, Nourishing Bites. In this episode, she tells us about her family’s journey through that and how her son now inspires her.
