Our role in the community is to provide information to the community on supports, services and access by way of information retrieval and referral. The CIC has a variety of information on supports, services, recreation, community organisations, halls and venues available for hire and more.  This information is also supported by the online directory data base which is free for the community to access.

CIC also provides: Memberships to support services and causes in the community; Together Townsville Networks, JP Services; Fortnightly Community Newsletter; Volunteering opportunities; Office Services – photocopy, email, laminating; Resume assistance (by appointment); Community Window (display); Meeting Room Hire; Facilitates Classes and Courses.
