Afterhours Outreach (AHO) operates from MON-FRI 6am – 2pm & 3pm – 11pm. SAT-SUN 6am-12pm.

Assertive outreach via vehicle and foot patrol to various locations based on referrals and data provided by other stakeholders in the homelessness space. The team will offer information and referrals and assess those in particularly vulnerable situations with the possibility of respite emergency accommodation if needed.

Case Workers operate from a strength based and capacity building framework to ensure the promotion of social inclusion, human rights, participation and consumer choice.
