Join a fully qualified instructor from the Defence Community Organisation for a short yoga session.
The practice of yoga enables you to cultivate a more non-judgemental relationship with yourself, whilst building a greater sense of self-trust and worth. Through the practice of yoga, you can become more confident and develop a greater sense of self.
