The Community Information Centre is a Not for Profit organisation that was established in 1979. Our role in the community is to provide information to the community on supports, services and access by way of information retrieval and referral.
The Community Information Centre Townsville facilitates a monthly Community Network Meeting. This platform provides organisations and services in the Community an opportunity to showcase their cause as well as connect and inform the community. You can register to this mailing list on the website.
The CIC has variety of information on supports, services, recreation, community organisations, halls and venues available for hire and more. This information is also supported by the online directory data base which is free the community to access.
